Good Communication is Essential

The Breihan Malecek Team is dedicated to providing you top notch communication throughout the entire term of the listing.  One of the most common complaints sellers have with their listing agent is the lack of communication - not knowing what is being done to market their home. Steve and Carolyn go above and beyond in making you aware of all progress being made on the sale of your home at all times.

First, you will receive a weekly Marketing Service Report via email which states what marketing activities were done the previous week and the current week. You will also receive a separate weekly report which will inform you of how many hits the various internet sites had in the past week regarding your home. Steve and Carolyn will also make sure you will receive prompt feedback from them on showings, Sunday open houses, agent open houses, and any other activities that occur during the listing period. Following every showing, they will contact the agent to get feedback from him or her. They will email the comments to you immediately, good or bad, for your consideration. Then, if necessary, adjustments can be make.

Their resources for keeping on top of all of the activity that ensues when they take a listing are manifold. Some of them are: computer database maintenance programs, extensive checklists that are meticulously followed, and team conferencing on a daily basis to update everyone on activity, advertisements, and other marketing happenings.
